Aggregate insights for multi-user tests

When you test with multipler AI users, we now generate a summary report that synthesizes findings across all test runs. See which issues are universal versus persona-specific, with smart citations showing exactly which test runs support each finding.

Run accessibility tests on live websites

We've added accessibility testing to Snap's website tests. When you run a test on a live website, we'll also run an accessibility test and provide a list of violations and recommendations. Take these back to your engineering team and start improving your product right away.

Research-backed, realistic personas

Research shows that AI agents can simulate individual personalities with high accuracy when they’re built from rich, specific input data. So, we're making our AI personas more detailed, realistic, and grounded in your user data. With our new persona builder, you can upload files or paste text about your users. Our system distills that context into a rich persona with personality, goals, and motivations.
